Warranties

At Mobile Mall Kenya, our mobile phones have warranty between one year and two years depending on the phone brand. The warranty covers any malfunction of the phone such as the software. However, physical damages such as broken screens or exposure to moisture are not covered by the warranty.

The customer is advised not to take any phone with an issue to their own technicians as this voids the warranty.
